Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Resolution Process
Upon verification of the issue, Curvy Peach will, at its discretion:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, Curvy Peach will bear any applicable return shipping costs.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges for approved claims.
